The house has high-speed internet, cable TV service, three flat screen TVs (living room, queen bedroom, kitchen), and a gas fireplace. The living room television screen is 65" - perfect for sporting events or watching movies on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player.
A new variable speed furnace and central air conditioning system has just been installed for ultimate comfort throughout the year.

Summary: The home is lovely and location is ideal. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, comfortable furniture (and beds) and lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home. Loved the deck, patio, and backyard. Highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed at the Salida Church House for a few days around Xmas. It's a great location, about as close as you can get to downtown without being right in the middle of it. Fantastic, well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to make a holiday meal for the family. Great backyard/patio. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends/family.

Summary: Ladies wanted a place centrally located, easy walk to downtown and a great place to hang out and craft. This house fulfilled all the wants and needs! The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you would need to cook and bake. Beds were comfy and there was enough space to spread out. Tom was wonderful to work with. Coming back on my next visit!

Summary: We had an excellent stay! The house is beautiful and well-appointed! It has everything you need to hang out and enjoy Salida. It is centrally located to downtown and you could see Moonlight Pizza from your front door. When 10” of snow changed our plans we extended our stay and Tom, the owner, was so patient and helpful as we navigated the change! Definitely staying here again!

Summary: This is a great property! It's very convenient to downtown and we were able to walk everywhere for shopping and dining. The property was accurately depicted on the website. We encountered a minor issue with check-in and were delayed for a couple of anxious hours and felt that the property manager could have communicated a little sooner. But other than that minor issue we have nothing to criticize.
